Hi – the city of Carpinteria restricts rentals to 30 night minimum in this housing zone. While you don’t need to stay for the full 30 nights our rental contract will be for that term. Please reach out for any special circumstances or discounts needed.

Our rates vary to keep up with market demand. Beachwalk Bungalow is available from September 2nd through December 21st, 2025, and January 5th through May 17th, 2026. Rent per month is $4,950, which includes all utilities, parking, and pool access. Security deposit will be due upon signing, and we have a 30-day cancellation policy.

We love pets and have (2) dogs. However, at this time no pets are allowed unless we have specifically approved them.

Our rental capacity is a maximum of (5) people. Beds include: • 1 CalKing • 2 Full Beds • 1 Full Click Clack Sofa futon in Loft • 1 Twin Floor Mattress Please reach out if there are questions.

Yes! It is a casual 15 min walk to the beach down Linden Ave.

It is walkable from Amtrak Station (Surfliner goes from SLO to San Diego). It is approximately a 20-minute drive from Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) and is right off 101 Freeway if you drive.
